Not sure if croquet is the sport for you? We hold at Open Day in May every year. It combines a plant sale, along with tea and cakes. Even if you’ve never set foot on a croquet lawn, you can come along and see what the game is like. We’ll provide all the equipment and any instruction that you need. You just need to wear some flat-soled shoes and we’ll have you playing really quickly.
If you miss the open afternoon, the membership secretary (phone, email on foot of the pages) will be happy to meet you at the club at a mutually convenient time to talk about the club and the pleasure to be derived from the game of croquet.
